How to get Back Lost ATM Card?

In case of urgency one can get a new instant ATM card from the Issuing bank. The person has to visit any branch of the bank with ID proof and account details and ask for an Instant ATM card. The bank considers the urgency and on completion of formalities issues an Instant ATM card and Instant PIN to the customer who can use it to withdraw amount.
